Whether it’s you or someone you love, most of us have faced struggle or loss. In today’s fast-paced world, many are juggling work, home life, and constant input from the news and social media, leaving us more connected, yet lonelier than ever. Parents often feel flooded with advice, unsure if they’re doing enough or doing it “right.” With so much noise, it’s hard to know where to start when it comes to our emotional health. I bring 25 years of experience and specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, and the stressors of everyday life.


I’m known for my nurturing approach, strong advocacy skills, and helping people as they move through complex systems, whether mental health, education, or social services. I’m also trained in EMDR, a trauma-focused therapy that can help you process painful memories and shift patterns that may be keeping you stuck.


As a mom and HSP, I know what it’s like to feel pulled in all directions. I've walked my own road with trauma and mental health, and have lived experience parenting neurodivergent and medically complex children. I know how hard life can be and how important it is to make space for your own healing. I offer a calm, compassionate space to begin that work at your pace. I'll meet you with care, curiosity and no judgment. 


There is no problem too big, or small. Our experiences are relative and will affect each one of us differently. I know how hard it can be to make that first contact looking for support.
